For Christmas I want to have choices for my guest,there are a few vegetarins,so far the menu is: Greek Salad Broiled Salmon Prime rib Yellow Rice Pilaf Roasted Broccoli
I would like to serve bread,what would go with this meanu? I though about garlic cread,but is that festive enough for Christmas? |

Nice to have both rice and potatoes, make enough of each for about 2/3 of the guests and everyoine will get what they like. Make a bean dish such as curried lentils, vegetarian hopping john, that your vegetarians can use as a main ddish and you other guests as a side. Garlic bread is fine, but with this menu I might go with really good bakery roll mix- rye one, cloverleaf, mini-croisaants, etc. |
