01/06/11 		Similar to the regular oven. Time depends on how many layers and the thickness of the rolls, which varies a lot depending on the maker.
Preheat the roaster to temp at least 20 minutes before placing the cook pan into it.
Use a rack under the bottom of the first layer.
Cover the top with whole leaves.
Keep a supply of hot water or tomato juice to replenish the liquid, it tends to cook off faster than in a regular oven, and the ones at the edges may scorch.
