I am cooking about 20 lbs of pork loin in an electric roaster. At what temperature and how long do I need to cook this for? We are going to slice it for sandwiches for lunch at 12:30pm. Do I need to add any liquid? |

I am sorry I did not get this Saturday afternoon. Use the beef roasting table, cook to internal temp 165 to slice, 185 to shred. Yes, some wter in the roaster is a good idea for this- I use pork shoulder, because loin is so lean. |
