I was given the above by my daughter and there are two parts to it that I cannot figure out how to attach. It is a separate fan and a small metal part. Can anyone tell me how to clip this fan on and is it for air broiling or what. Nothing in the cookbook explains it. |

What size is the roaster? The airbakes were discontinued because the lids were clunky, but they make great roasty things and brown quite a bit better than the standard Nesco roaster. I have the 6 quart convection/airbake, and can look something up if that is the same one you have. |

Although Nesco no longer lists the manuals on their site, they do still sell the roast-air cookbook. The roast-airs are still available in Canada... |
