we are making 100 cheese steak sandwiches. we are ordering the roasts from the butcher (which he will slice thin) and are wondering how many ounces of (uncooked) meat to figure per sandwich. We need to let him know how many pounds of meat we need. Thanks Barb |

For modest sandwiches, 1 pound raw per 4. For hearty sandwiches, 2 pounds for 5. |
