I'm estimating about 225 people for my son's graduation party (5 - 9 pm) (invited 360).
Pulled pork How much of each do you think I will need? Are there any other appetizers that you would compliment the menu above? Are 3 sides enough? |

People this age basically inhale food, so you have to increase even my generous amounts. Also, are you going to serve ALL these items the whole time, or appetizers till 7 and then put the food out? Also, where is it being held and what type of kitchen is available? And, do you expect it will be come and go, or will there be dancing etc so many people will stay? All make a difference on amounts. |

We will have all the food out at all times. I have plenty of help with additional kitchen space (even in same neighborhood). I do expect people to come and go since it's an open house. I also expect the high school kids to show up later, while the adults show up between 5-8. If I run out of food, I was going to order pizzas for the kids. Thanks!! |

OK. Since food should only be out to serve for 2 hours I would think in terms of 5-7 and 7-9. Estimate the approximate number of people for each time frame when making plans.
Pulled pork 1 pound raw pork per 3, buns to match |
