We sent out invitations for my daughter's third birthday party noting that we would serve a "light supper" (the party is 4:30-6:30). So far, we are planning to serve tea sandwiches (cucumber/goat cheese, salmon/dill, bread/butter, maybe some others), a spinich salad, fruit salad, cake, punch, and water. Do you think this menu is approprite? If not, what should we add? Also, what quantities do we need for 30 adults and 18 2-4 year olds (I know there are guidelines on the site, but I'm not sure how to adjust given the large number of preschoolers). Thanks. |
