We are planning a soup and grilled cheese lunch for work. The group is mostly men. How many gallons of soup is needed? How many sandwiches? |

This cold time! 2 sandwiches (4 ounces cheese) per person; if you have an oven, cheese toast or French bread with cheese is easier to prep. Up to 1 pint of soup per person, especially if there are 2 kinds- people eat more. 4-6 gallons. |
