Need a Mexican Dessert Recipe for 100

02/08/11 		I'm making a Mexican dinner for our local soup kitchen and would like some ideas for an easy Mexican dessert recipe. Has to be fairly simple. I'm located in Massachusetts.

02/10/11 		Very best choice for protein and delight would be flan-baked custard. Excellent second choice a cinnamony bread pudding packed with raisins and brown sugar.
