I am planning on serving baked potatoes to 60 men at a steak barbeque at a fishing tournament we are all attending. I was hoping to partially precook the potatoes, in order to cut down on the cooking time. What would you recommend if I want to precook on Saturday, for a Tues night barbeque. I plan on having plenty of toppings available to offset the potatoes partially drying out. |
