Funeral meal

I am holding a Funeral meal for around 60 people. I was planning pot roast w/carrots/potatoes. Lasagna. Cold cuts, cheese, chicken dip w/baguettes. Cakes and cookies for dessert. Does this sound like a good menu. Any suggestions. And how much do I need for 60 people.

Traditions vary from region to region, this is a heavier menu than many areas use, where it is more of a pick up lunch. It is also more entrees than usual for this size group.

If it is buffet service and you do not have tables for everyone, I suggest you do stew- pot roast needs cutting, stew doesn't.

So this is just a SWAG, but here goes:

pot roast w/carrots/potatoes, for 36 people.
Lasagna, 3 9x13 pans
Cold cuts, 2 ounces per person
cheese, 2 ounces per person
Need some bread/rolls and mustard and mayo?
chicken dip w/baguettes, 1/4 cup dip per person, 2 ounces bread per person .
