02/28/11 		getting married after sunday church service and all are invited, we usually have 50 to 75, to be safe lets say 100.
we are having chicken stew, tea sandwiches, vegetable trays, fruit trays, cheese trays, deviled eggs . any sugggestions on quantity?

03/01/11 		10-12 chickens' worth of chicken stew. 1 regular sandwich (3-4 pieces) per person. Do a relish tray and a small veggie tray from the veggie tray page, fruit tray is fully outlined on the fruit tray page, 5 dozen eggs (see the deviled eggs for 100 recipe for amounts and timing), about 10-12 pounds of cheese, some can be logs or spreads, 6 pounds of crackers.
