Serving 200 people bbq and trimmings

03/05/11 		I am having a bbq celebration for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. How many gallons of slaw and baked beans will I need. I am having pork pulled bbq and chicken quarters as the meats, Slaw, baked beans and need one other side have not decided. Thanks for the help.

03/05/11 		This is on the plan for 100 table at the bottom, use twice the amounts for 200.

A starch is the obvious choice for the 3rd item; either potato salad or pasta salad- if you do a fancy but meatless pasta salad, it can be an entree for the guests who don't eat meat.
