I have to use rice flour instead of all purpose flour. Do you mix tapioca and potato starch in it's place? I can't use xanthan gum, it's made of corn, can't have corn. please help! |

Kathy there are lots of gluten free blends, different ones work for different types of recipes. Check out the book, "The Gluten-free Gourmet bakes" for more ideas. They do not do very well for yeast breads, OK for quick breads and other aking powder items. |
