03/18/11 		Magali, what is the event, what is the budget, what are the cold storage facilities, and what is the actual number? Salad type meal? Dinner? Sandwiches? Plated or buffet? Free or are the guests purchasing? What is the season of the year? All these things matter. I need more information.
