Chicken for 300ppl

03/21/11 		Hello...I am preparing a garlic roasted chicken for about 300 people. I cut the chicken up in chunks and am not sure how much chicken to do. I was thinking about getting 125 to 150 chicken breasts to cut up. Would that be enough to serve this many people?

03/21/11 		You need 120 pounds boneless, raw chicken to make party size portions for this many people.
