Can't seem to find anything quickly. Want to have 2 meat entrees for a reception. What is the easiest way to prepare 100 5oz steaks while keeping them tender and hot for the reception? |

Even pro caterers have a hard time with steaks for this many, especially without a commercial kitchen.. Will you consider another beef? |

Very best, and costs no more than steak, sliced at station tenderloin or sliced at station tenderloin, just down from that, sliced at station tri-tip. Oven? Beef Wellington. |
