For how long do they need to hold?

Crackers and cheeses, cheese balls or logs, of course.

Cheese straws, any baked bar such as my Parmesan Spinach squares. Baked sausage balls. Baked olive balls.

Any pickled thing, olives, etc.

dates wrapped in bacon and crisped.

All kinds of cookies and bars- think about some that are not to sweet, like sesame cookies.
