Hi,I'm cooking for a party between 25-30people the menu is baby back ribs, beans, salad rolls and dessert. How do you figure the price per person? Can you help? |

Usually it is 3-4 times the total for the food, depending on how much help you have to hire, what equipment and servers you have to rent, and so on. A meal like this on china usually goes for about the same per person as a restaurant meal of the same quality. |
