Cabbage rolls in electric roaster

04/08/11 		I need to make cabbage rolls for about 100 people. Because of event timing, I plan to cook them overnight. Can you help with lowest temperature. I can safely roast. Thank youjane

04/09/11 		The one roaster will not hold enough for 100 people, you need 2.

300 degrees is the lowest I would use, as it is a very dense food with meat, and the center of the pan will heat relatively slowly. It will probably take less than overnight, though, maybe 4-6 hours.
