i was asked to cater an event at my church.an organization that annually honors each years graduating seniors. they want finger sandwiches:chicken salad,or tuna salad or both .how much tuna and chicken do i need for this event . |

It depends on the time of day, and remember that seniors eat about twice as much as adults; they basically inhale finger sandwiches. See these articles:
