I am only having snack table of veggies & Dip
Nachos with cheese and salsa and a cake that feeds 100 people. How much veggies should I buy if I am only doing carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and celery. Cheese and sausage tray
How many lbs cheese and sausage? How many bags of nacho chips?

04/12/11 		Sorry...100 people time from 6:30 - 10PM with a DJ. Invite states snacks, beer and soda provided. Just to let them know they should be eatting before coming to the party.

04/12/11 		Over a 4 hour party, many guest will eat 2 helpings of nachos. For 100 servings you need 10 pounds of chips and 3 gallons of cheese.

If you are doing cheese and sausage, I suggest you have small rolls as well- 200- 16 pounds cheese, some can be logs or spreads, 13-16 pounds thin sliced or cubed sausage.

Use the veggie tray page for amounts, they are reliable. Consider doing the large relish tray plus veggies for 50.
