grad party for 150 people

04/12/11 		Hi Ellen, I am planning on having a grad party for my son and we will be having pizza, pasta, subs and a antipasta salad with fruit tray. Would you please tell me how much i would need for each? I would say about 70 of the 150 are children. we will have a full sheet cake and 72cupcakes.

04/12/11 		If by children, you mean teens, they actually eat more than adults.

antipasto salad-125 servings
fruit tray- see fruit tray page, I suggest 1 1/4 times the deluxe tray for 100
pizza, allow (1/6 large) per person
pasta, about 12 9x13 pans (12 pounds dry)
subs, 1 piece (3") per person

You won't have much left...
