Make ahead grilled chicken

04/13/11 		Can you direct me to the instructions for grilling and then freezing chicken breasts? How long can they be frozen for? Also, can you give me any suggestions on good marinades to use before grilling?

Two months is my limit on home-frozen meats. After that, it is safe, but quality goes down.
