04/15/11 		I am having graduation for 200 - 250 people. I am planning on having shredded turkey sandwiches. I was wondering how much turkey I would need to buy. I am planning on buying birds and shredding myself so I need to know how many pounds to buy in full turkey's.

04/16/11 		One pound whole turkey is one cup (packed) shredded meat. So make a sandwich and measure the meat (sandwich makers vary quite a bit) and you can calculate it easily.
