Two hot dishes for 100 people this weekend

macaroni n cheese, to feed 100 people.
There are other dishes as well. Thank you.

04/16/11 		You want about 10-12 pounds total of dry pasta, I have no advice on how to divide it up- varies by the age of the crowd.
