We are cooking our meat on Saturday before Easter. We will be having bbq ribs and bbq chicken. We are eating after church on Sunday. Can I put the ribs and chicken in my roaster oven to reheat them about 10:00 am until we get home around 12:30 pm? If so, what temperature do I use? We will have 4 racks of baby backs and 4 chicken halves. |

It will cook further, there is no avoiding that. 275 degrees is the minimum safe reheating temp. |
