Could you please tell me how much beef I would need to make kabobs for 75 people without veggies. Also what type of meat works best that is not to expensive? |

You need about 1/2 pound raw per person. Top sirloin or better for tenderness and flavor. Alternately, do 1/2 chicken. |

buffet for 300 - appetizers I'm doing a reception for about 300 guests. My meats are chicken skewers, beef/veggie kabobs, and pork tenderloin sliders. I'm planning on 75 lbs of each meat. Does that sound about right to you? Thank you! |
