for 50 people how many breast of chicken would I need? How many pieces of chicken would I put on skewer? I will include bell peppers and onion. |

Because the chicken cooks so much faster than the onion, I often cut up and parboil my onion before assembling. Everybody takes 2, some take 3. If it is the only meat, you want to make about 120 skewers with 4 ounces raw (about 4 cubes) per skewer. That is about 30 pounds raw boneless chicken. |
