Any suggestions would be most appreciated! My grad party has now grown to a healthy 190 guests of a mixed age crowd. Our menu: 3- 16 to 18 pound semi boneless hams, 30 pounds cooked pulled pork for sandwiches (should make 180 small sandwiches), gourmet pasta salad good amount, 30 pounds veggies for trays and 12 Cups ranch, 30 pounds garlic mashed potatoes, and 30 pounds green beans. Our only appetizers are mixed crackers and chips (16 pounds). Plus tons of cookies and tons of graduation cake after dinner. With the guests creeping up to around 190 (and no farther!) how and where would you adjust amounts? Thank You...Thank You...Thanks!

Meat is still OK. I would double the potatoes, 40 pounds green beans; sandwich rolls and fixings per the sandwich page. Consider adding 205 pounds of slaw- good for both the sandwiches and the ham.
