I am making swiss steak for 165 people. Is there an easier way to brown the meat first rather then browning them all on top of the stove? Could they be oven fried? Thanks |

This is always a difficulty. They can be done one some oil in a preheated oven (broil, for example)but you must watch them like a hawk, or they will get too done. |
