I have to make the salads for a wedding. They are doing an exquisite outdoor wedding and I cant mess this up. I hired a barbeque specialist to bbq beef, fish, turkey, and pork. I have 5 salads to make-blue cheese and pear summer salad, fruit salad, cole slaw, caesar salad and a crunch chicken salad. With the meat the bbq cook will be doing potatoes as well. How much salad do I make? Help! |
