Grad party for 100

Here's what I'm planning:
6 different appetizers
nachos & cheese

20 pounds eye of round roast for Chicago beef
50 bratwurst links (to cut in half)
5 pounds of dry pasta (served with homemade meat sauce)
100 pieces of fried chicken

caterer providing signature green salads for 65
baked beans
cheesey potatoes
rosa marina pasta salad

rolls for Chicago beef & bratwurst

assorted dessert trays & lots of cupcakes

05/21/11 		This is plenty of food, you will have chicken left- 80 pieces would probably be plenty- and I would probably do 6 pounds of pasta.
