Taco Salad

05/22/11 		I need to make enough Taco Salad to feed 100 people.
Hamburger,
Taco Seasoning,
Kidney Beand,
Lettuce,
diced tomatoes,
black olives,
shredded cheese,
onion,
salsa,
corn chips,
Sour cream
Will have it set up as a Taco Bar, with nothing mixed together.

05/23/11 		Use the taco bar amounts, do the larger amount of sour cream and grated cheese, have 16 pounds chips instead of taco shells, 8 pounds dried beans cooked up (that is about 3 1/2 to 4 gallons cooked).
