I need to cook for 120 people. How do I calculate the measuements for meat, vegtables and fruit? How much liquid eggs for 120 people and bacon? |

The easiest way to calculate for 120 is to do 1 1/4 times the amount for 100, using my tables for 100. this will put you over about 5 servings, but the math is easy.
