grad party for 80

06/01/11 		I am having a grad party for 80 people. half of whom are 20 something men and women. My menu is mozzarella spring rolls,buffalo chicken spring rolls, and fruit and cheese tray for appetizrs. Bbq pulled pork, which I have already purchased 6, 9lb bone in shoulders. Meatballs and sauce, sausage and peppers, baked ziti, potato salad and mixed greens salad.
