Does anyone have a good recipe for Tiramisu that serves at least 50? |

Hi, Kim, The thing about tiramisu is, there are MANY variations, so it is not simple to guess what you mean by a good one. Traditional? Easy? Ladyfingers or shortbread? etc. They are also available frozen as restaurant supplies. Here is a sample recipe which is pretty clear for quantities (2x the recipe would do for 50) but I would use a more traditional sweet layer, rather than the cranberry... www.oceansprayfoodservice.com/recipes/Tiramisu.aspx?id=1654&nid=8 |

And cooking for engineers, one of my favorite cooking sites, offers this classic recipe: www.cookingforengineers.com/recipe/60/The-Classic-Tiramisu-original-recipe |

I guess I was thinking of a classic but fairly easy recipe. On the "cooking for engineers" site there is a recipe that serves 12. Would you suggest I simply multiply that recipe by 4 or would there be any ajustments needed? Thanks so much for your help!!! |

Yes, times 4 would work. |
