Catering a 2 year old Birthday Party

06/06/11 		I was asked to cater a birthday party for a 2 year old but I need help with some costs. It looks like there will be 30 kids and 45 parents. I sent the client some menu options but I need help figuring out the cost per person for each item. ANY help is appreciated.

For Children-
- Pigs in a Blanket
- Spaghetti & Meatballs
- Chicken Fingers
- Crackers with spreads & vegetables
- Mini Homemade Pizza Bagels
- Apple Slices with a Yogurt Honey Dip
- Deli Meat Roulades

For Adults
-Pasta Salad
-Cheese & Cracker Platter
-Assorted wraps ( either grilled vegetable, deli meats, or cheeses)
-Crudités
-Fruit Salad

Chicken Fingers
Mini Homemade Pizza Bagels
and plenty of the Deli Meat Roulades

How long is the party, what time of day? Write back.

06/07/11 		Yeah i figured the adults would eat the kids food, but the client did ask or separate menus. It is 2hrs long & at 1:00pm. Thanks for the help.

06/07/11 		The adult menu caters for about 11 per person locally, not counting dessert or beverages. See if you can get her to forget the spaghetti, it is a disaster in party clothes/situations for 2 year olds. With all the meats,. about $8 per kid, again, not counting dessert or beverages.
