Taco bar

06/10/11 		We are doing the food at our wedding ourselves. We are planning on doing a taco bar with chicken beef and fish....with possible a sliders bar. Could you help us detrmine how much we need of each variety, assuming most people will eat beef and chicken? We will have aprox 200 ppl. Thanks so much!
