Hey all! I'm a first-time cook and I'll be cooking at a bush camp for 33 hungry, tired, treeplanters. Any advice from veteran chefs as to easy recipes that can be created under time and spacial restrictions, as well as good ideas for meals that can be pre-prepared and stored for up to a week or more, would be truly appreciated! Thank you so much..:) |

First, count as 45-50 people for the purpose of storing and buying and amounts. Store for a week _only_ in the freezer, refrig storage for this time is not safe. See the big pots section for amounts recipes, esp. stews, chili, casseroles. DO NOT overlook the importance of really serious proteins at breakfast.
