I am having a graduation party of approx 70 people. Taco Bar, chicken enchilda's, spanish rice, homemade mac n cheese plus fixing. My question is for the taco bar. I am not sure how many heads of lettuce, tomatoes and chesse do I need. I am making 15 pounds of taco meat. |

With this menu, I would do a scant 2/3 the amounts of the taco bar for 100, 5 pounds dry rice. |
