06/29/11 		the sandwiches are going to be cut in quarters, so I'm trying to decide how much would be enough. would you say 2 gallons? Thanks!

06/29/11 		As you will see on my sandwich page and the plan for 100 page, at 1/2 cup I recommend 3 to for gallons. If it is self serve you need at least 3.
