07/27/11 		If I have 37.50 pounds of potatoes in my recipe and I need 3/4 cup of heavy cream for every 2 pounds, How many cups of heavy cream will I need?

19x 3/4= 14 1/4 cups= approx 3 1/2 quarts. As recipes multiply, liquid tend to reduce just a little.
