Cooking for 200+ runners after a long run

Hello,
I was wondering if you could give me an idea of how much pasta and chicken I will need to make a "cold chicken pest pasta salad". I have never done this before.

They will be starving. If this is the main course/entree, allow about 12 pounds dry pasta and 25-30 pounds boneless chicken per 100. If a side dish or one of several choices, about 1/2 that. Don't forget to add the officials and staff, who will all want some, also.
