I want to cook Chicken Cordon Bleu for 40-45 People. how much chicken Breasts should I buy and should they be thin or regular? How much Ham & Swiss should I buy? Do you have a receipt for this? |

You want 1 6 ounce breast per person plus 10% if self serve. If you are cutting the pocket, you want regular. 1 ounce each deli-sliced ham and Swiss per breast. |
