07/28/11 		I have 9 coming to dinner/ one teenager, 4 men, 4 women and I am serving as my main prawn kebabs, meat kebabs and lamp cutlets and I need help on how much to order. I will also have a potato bake, salad and rolls.

07/28/11 		Mary, what you need will depend on how you are serving. Will you dish up the plates? Will they be passed at the table? Or will it be a self serve buffet? Also, are there hors d'oeuvres or not. Write back.
