My granddaughter wants shrimp & grits served at her wedding. How far in advance can you make this and it still be edible? We are going to have to do all the cooking! |

The grits can be made ahead if you use one of the baked recipes, but the shrimps have to be made day of- they just don't reheat or hold too well. It is a great dish, though, and she is a lucky bride. |
