Hi
I'm looking for a great pizza dough recipe, both ingredients & method to prepare dough using a 25# bag of flour as a standard. As I am going to produce 250 to 300 pizzas in a short period. i wilbe using a conveyor type oven. Any response would bo appreciated.

Malt pizza dough

Malted doughs are just made to make the crust more tender and quicker to rise. You can add dough relaxer or 1 tablespoon malted barley flour to each cup of flour in you favorite crust recipe.
