Hi we are holding a dance as a fundraiser for our school. We would like to include a midnight lunch. Tickets are being sold and it is looking like 200 to 250 people. We would like to have the old stand by veg platters, meat buns cheese, a few salads and deserts. The problem is we do not know how much of each to make. Can you give us some idea |

Use the sandwich page for amounts, veggie tray page for the veggies, dessert planning page for desserts and the plan 100 page for the salads. Prepare an estimate, post it and I will be glad to check it for you. |
