Cost for taco bar that serves 100 drinking adults

09/13/11 		We are creating a taco bar for a bday party with about 100 attendees. It will be a beef, chicken and veggie taco bar. I found your potato/taco bar directions. But as a Costco shopper I was hoping to find an estimate of how much this would cost after all ingredients including meat? Thank you in advance for any or all help...

09/13/11 		Tariq, costs vary too much from region to region and year to year for me to do any cost estimates, and for example, are we talking portbello mushrooms, soy meats or what for the veggie choice? What you DO need to know is, when you offer 3 meats, you need to do 1/2 beef, 1/3 chicken, 1/3 veggie; yes this is more than 100%, but with more choices people tend to eat more, and some of each.

For accuracy you need to make a list of what YOU are going to use, take it with you to your Costco, and total it up yourself.
